§ 6.11.49. Home Swimming Instructions
A.
No persons shall be employed other than members of the immediate family residing on the premise.
B.
There shall be no change in the outside appearance of the pool or house as a result of these instructions, with the exception of an unlighted sign or name plate not more than one square foot in area, attached to and not projecting from the house or screening around the pool.
C.
No traffic shall be generated by such instructions in excessively greater volume than would normally be expected from the principal use.
D.
Swimming instructions shall be limited to three students one instruction period. If adequate on site parking is provided without destroying the residential appearance, then five students during one instruction period may be permitted.
E.
Swimming instructions shall be permitted from 9:00 a.m. to one-half hour after sunset.
F.
All swimming pools shall be completely enclosed by a six-foot wall, a six foot wooden fence, or shrubbery which is a minimum of four feet at the time of planting and reaches a minimum height of six feet within two years.
G.
A permit to engage in swimming instruction shall be reviewed pursuant to the Procedures for Issuance of Development Permits at 10.01.00 not be transferred to another owner or lessee of the property unless the identical conditions exist as to the number of students taught and the time of instructions, and all site conditions remain the same.
