No walls, fences, gates, signs or other obstructions shall be constructed or placed
within the right-of-way. Some existing trees may be allowed to remain and others planted,
if approved by the Administrator and are in accordance with all Hillsborough County
plans, programs, and regulations. Additionally, existing right-of-way is not subject
to zoning until or unless vacated.
